The Growth Company is a large not-for-profit social enterprise founded with the core aim of improving lives. We work with around 100,000 people and 30,000 businesses each year to create opportunities and deliver significant social and economic impact across each of the local communities we serve.

Over the last year we have been developing a new offer for a future National Citizenship Service.

We have worked closely with young people, parents, employers, academics, local authorities and leading experts to re-imagine how this rite-of-passage service could reach more young people and deliver a bigger impact.

Now the service re-commissioning is underway we are looking to forge meaningful delivery partnerships with the best grass roots and specialist youth organisations.

We are intending to bid for the National Citizen Service (NCS) as a management partner in the following areas:

  • North West
  • Yorkshire & Humber

GC is seeking submissions from organisations who can deliver and/or support the delivery in the North West and/or Yorkshire & Humber.  Any submitted responses will be reviewed and scored to establish a shortlist of subcontractors and partners.

If you want to apply to become an NCS supplier of GC, please follow the below 4 steps.
