Growth Company colleagues shortlisted for MiMA

Growth Company colleagues have been shortlisted in Pro-Manchester's annual Made in Manchester Awards, which recognises young business talent in Greater Manchester.

The colleagues recognised for their achievements in the past extraordinary year are:

• Samuel Bafunso, Innovation Advisor at GC Business Growth Hub (Business Support Professional of the Year)
• Harry Carter – Business Intelligence Analyst, Midas (Business Support Professional of the Year)
• Rachel Eyre - Business Development Manager, Midas (Business Development / Sales Professional of the Year Award)
• Matthew Richardson, Social Value Lead at GC Business Growth Hub (Diversity & Inclusion Champion)
• Daniel Dickinson, Business Development Lead for The Energy Innovation Agency, a partner organisation with the Growth Company (Sustainability Champion)
• Ieva Caulfield, Digital Innovation Advisor at GC Business Growth Hub (Technology/Innovation Professional of the Year)
• Jess Jackson, Head of Angel Investment for GC Angels (Finance Professional of the Year)

In addition to these individual awards, the Growth Company’s Marketing Team has also been nominated for Team of the Year, recognising their hard work on campaigns including this year’s Progress21 event.

Mark Hughes, CEO at GC, offered his congratulations to all his nominated colleagues, saying:

The Made in Manchester Awards are celebrating their ninth year, and the 2022 winners will be announced at an in-person ceremony at the Kimpton Clocktower Hotel on 3rd February.
