The Growth Company has successfully retained certification to three ISO standards following a recent audit.

The audit was carried out by Approachable Certification and concluded with a positive recommendation to retain certification for ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 27001.

  • ISO 9001 is a globally recognised standard for quality management. It helps organisations to improve their performance, meet customer expectations and demonstrate their commitment to quality.
  • ISO 14001 is the internationally recognised standard for environmental management systems (EMS). It provides a framework for organisations to design and implement an EMS, and continually improve their environmental performance.
  • ISO 27001 is the world's best-known standard for information security management systems (ISMS). It provides companies with guidance for establishing, implementing, maintaining and continually improving an information security management system.

The auditors were thoroughly impressed with our organisation’s commitment to cultivating a culture of quality improvement and how this is embedded within our values across all business units and teams.

The auditors also spoke very highly about colleagues they engaged with during the audit and the practices they demonstrated both remotely and across the various sites visited, with many tangible examples of great life-changing stories of clients evidenced in the work we do as an organisation.

Ian Kelly, Group Quality and Information Security Manager, said: “These reaccreditations demonstrate our commitment to continuous improvement, data security, and our conscientious approach to our environmental responsibilities that we are proud to have embedded across our whole organisation. This is a great result for the Growth Company and is a credit to all colleagues for their continued hard work and commitment in maintaining consistently high standards as part of our day-to-day operations.”

The certification to all three standards has been successfully achieved for the next 3 years until 2027.
