We are delighted to let you know that the Government of UK has undertaken a project to facilitate tie-ups between leading Indian infrastructure and construction companies, and UK companies providing innovative and niche technologies, equipment, consumables, and services.
To provide a platform for these B2B interactions, we are supporting a workshop by Ernest Young (EY) on Tuesday 26 March in Manchester. The Indian delegation comprises of decision makers for five of India’s largest construction companies, viz. Afcons, Ahluwalia, GMR, HCC, and L&T, together representing demand for procuring more than GBP 10 billion worth of equipment, capital goods, consumables, and services. These workshops would be attended by FCO, UK Export Finance, Department for International Trade and more than 100 UK companies.
This Programme will fulfill the demands of the five shortlisted large Indian Construction Companies with the UK supply base of infrastructure equipment, capital goods, consumables, and services. Through this engagement, the Programme aims to create mutually-beneficial partnerships between UK and Indian companies.
