Increase your digital marketing knowledge and help raise over £5,600 for the Homelessness Fund!

Together we’re reaching out to people who want to improve their digital skills, become savvier, and, ultimately, increase their value in our digitally-enabled economy by making the most of Google Digital Garage resources – anyone can complete the online training, which is free to access.

The best part of this deal is that for every person up-skilled via the Google Digital Garage platform, Google will donate £28 to the GM Mayor's Homelessness Fund. 

In order for the £28 to be donated to the fund, someone who registers for the training must complete at least 7 of the 23 modules and spend a minimum of one hour on the system.

Google have provided us with a unique URL to access the training. This URL must be used by anyone wishing to complete the training and contribute on behalf of the Homelessness Fund. 

There’s a variety of topics covered, including, SEO, analytics, e-commerce and paid advertising. Whether you're someone who's enthusiastic about keeping up with the latest digital trends, a student, a marketing professional or even have your own business − completing the course will give you an understanding of everything you need to make the most of online opportunities, from developing a web presence to growing a business or charity online.

We’ve set our target at 200 people to sign-up for and complete the modules, which will equate to £5,600 donated by Google to the Fund. But we hope to exceed that target which will increase the money raised, so please share this information with your colleagues, friends and family!
