Aaron Malins

Aaron Malins was appointed Chief Financial Officer of the Growth Company in August 2026.

Aaron was previously the Director of GC Business Finance, having joined GC in that role in September 2025. 

With over two decades of experience across finance, lending and advisory, Aaron has had an interesting career path, working in private sector Finance – both for established and start up companies. He’s managed finance portfolios backed by private equity and hedge funds, before taking a year out to reset and enjoy time with his kids.
