Jon-Paul Rimington

Jon-Paul has been the Managing Director of GC Education and Skills since January 2020. An experienced Director at operational and board level, Jon-Paul has over 20 years’ experience within the work-based learning and apprenticeships sector.

Jon-Paul leads a team of over 250 education and training specialists, who support learners to upskill and gain new skills through foundation and short courses, apprenticeships and higher education programmes enabling them to gain employment or progress in their career. The team of specialists also support businesses with the upskilling of their workforce.
