Five colleagues shortlisted for Made in Manchester Awards 2025

We’re pleased to share that five colleagues from across the Growth Company and one of our apprentices have been shortlisted for the Made in Manchester Awards (MiMA) 2025!

The MiMA Awards celebrate the brightest and best of Manchester's young business talent and we are incredibly proud of all our shortlisted colleagues.

Colleagues have been shortlisted in the following categories:

Diversity and Inclusivity Champion:

  • Mysha Williams, EDI Manager, GC Employment

Mentor:

  • Lily Connaghan, Communications Business Partner

Sustainability Champion:

  • Thalia Czarkowska, Green Technology and Services Consultant, Green Economy
  • Catriona Watson, Net Zero Training Manager, Green Economy

Business Development and Sales:

  • Joseph Beaden, Head of Business Development, MIDAS
