New video launches on how we support Good Employment in Greater Manchester

The Greater Manchester Good Employment Charter have released a short animation video to explain the Charter in more detail, narrated by Andy Burnham, Mayor of Greater Manchester. The video goes through:

  • The seven characteristics of Good Employment
  • The Supporter and Membership process
  • Benefits of organisations being involved with the Charter

The Greater Manchester Good Employment Charter is a voluntary membership and assessment scheme, working to improve employment standards across Greater Manchester. The Charter works with organisations of any size, sector or geography, and there are already over 400 registered employers seeking to improve standards across the region.

The Growth Company are Members of the Charter, meaning that our organisation meets the criteria of Good Employment across the 'seven characteristics of Good Employment'. Learn more about what it means to be employed by a Charter Member in the video above.
