Growth Catalyst helps established businesses ready to take their business to the next level, and Scale to Thrive is an exclusive service for businesses with over £1m turnover looking to scale 20% year on year.
Restart Scheme
The Restart Scheme provides up to 12 months of enhanced support to help individuals find secure and sustainable employment in their local area, as soon as possible. It's designed to break down any employment barriers that could be holding people back from finding work — such as lack of skills, low confidence and motivation or health issues. GC delivers Restart across Lancashire on behalf of G4S.
IPES
IPES is a specialist programme for individuals with disabilities. The programme helps people to focus on their own strengths, skills and abilities to overcome any complex barriers preventing them from gaining sustainable employment. IPES service users receive up to 15 months of personalised support from a specialist key worker.
Justice Services
GC Justice Services is a key delivery partner of the Ministry of Justice (MOJ), working with people in prison or on probation across Lancashire. Our Commissioned Rehabilitation Services (CRS) provide individuals who have been through the justice system with specialist support to help improve their physical and mental health and empower them to take steps towards a more positive future — reducing the risk of them reoffending.
NPIF Microfinance Loans
GC Business Finance provides Northern Powerhouse Investment Fund microfinance loans of between £25,000 and £100,000 for SMEs located in the North West of England.
Rosebud Finance
Rosebud is a Lancashire business loans provider and a proven alternative lender to high street banks and traditional finance providers, Delivered by GC Business Finance. Rosebud provides loans from £10,000 to £300,000 for businesses across 12 administrative areas of Lancashire.
Lancashire Manufacturing Growth Fund
The Manufacturing Growth Fund supports SME manufacturers across Lancashire, to drive productivity, grow operations, create jobs and introduce new products and services – with the end goal of boosting economic growth across the county.
