As a Chartered Accountant with over 15 years’ experience in corporate finance, John is a seasoned board director with a strong track record for delivering strategic financial leadership, business planning, and transformational change. He has led major initiatives across a range of high-profile organisations to improve cash flow forecasting, enhance operational efficiency, and strengthen governance across complex group structures.

John leads the Finance, Legal and Procurement functions, providing hands-on leadership and mentoring to high-performing teams. His portfolio includes overseeing the delivery of the Group’s financial strategy and supporting the long-term sustainability of the organisation.
