Catriona Watson shares why she chose to install a heat pump

Heatpumps provide an opportunity to heat your home in a more sustainable way. Replacing your gas heating system with a heat pump could save around 1,404kg of CO2 a year, the equivalent of driving a petrol car from London to Glasgow 11 times.

GC colleagues living in Greater Manchester are being offered free home energy advice, support and upgrades to make their homes warmer and cheaper to run.

The Feel The Benefit campaign is being delivered by Greater Manchester Combined Authority and partners, providing advice to local residents on ways to reduce their energy bills and identify if they qualify for free or discounted upgrades.

There are many benefits to retrofitting your home, including lower energy bills and a warmer, greener home.
