Dom Delsoldato

Dominic Delsoldato has been Chief Technology Officer since October 2022. He is an experienced IT Director, with over 20 years’ experience working both strategically and operationally in the digital technology sector.

Dominic is one of the Growth Company’s many success stories. He kickstarted his career in 1998, joining the organisation as an IT apprentice. He then took advantage of the Higher Education program delivered by GC Skills and Education and graduated from Bolton University in 2011 with a Foundation degree in Business Management, Marketing, and related support services.

Since joining the Growth Company Dominic has held several different roles within the organisation. Through this work he’s gained a vast portfolio of subject matter qualifications, including project management, ITIL service management and several technology sector related qualifications.
