Vicky McDonald

Vicky McDonald is the Director of HR & Organisational Development (OD) which forms part of Corporate Services in the Growth Company. Previously Vicky was Head of HR & OD for three years at a social housing provider.

During her time at GC, Vicky has led on the introduction of the Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Network and was pivotal in the integration of the Agile Working Policy.

Vicky has 20 years’ experience of working in HR both strategically and operationally across a number of different sectors, including local government, policing and higher education. She graduated from Salford University specialising in Human Resources.
