The Growth Company announces the successful acquisition of ekosgen

The Growth Company (GC) is pleased to announce the successful acquisition of ekosgen, one of the UK's leading independent companies providing economic and social research, analysis and consultancy advice.

This acquisition will allow ekosgen to utilise GC’s delivery experience to support clients in meeting their ambitions while giving the wider Group full end to end economic development capability – from strategy and research all the way through to delivery of skills, employment, business support and investment services.

Established in 2002, ekosgen is one of the UK's leading independent economic and social research consultancies, with offices in Manchester, Sheffield and Glasgow. It will remain independent in its delivery of high-quality research, business case development, appraisal and evaluation throughout the UK.

GC is an £100m award-winning social enterprise with a mission to enable growth, create jobs and improve lives.
