Are you aged 16-24, in receipt of Universal Credit and working with a Jobcentre Plus Work Coach? Do you want the chance to work at the Growth Company, learning new skills and gaining experience for your future?
We’re currently hiring for more than 30 paid trainee roles within the Growth Company as part of the government’s Kickstart scheme. Placements last for six months, and we have roles available across a number of departments including administration, digital marketing, IT, finance, and HR.
Roles available include:
- Social Media Assistant
- Admin Assistant
- HR Administrator
- Project Assistant
- eLearning Content Developer
- Business Development Assistant
- Trainee CRM Assistant
- Marketing and Communications Assistant
- Data Assistant
- Digital Media Assistant
The Kickstart Scheme is open to 16 to 24-year olds, who are claiming Universal Credit, and are at risk of long-term unemployment. Successful applicants for roles at the Growth Company will receive the Real Living Wage for 25 hours per week for a total of six months.
