The Growth Company (GC) is committed to providing equal opportunity for all of our colleagues and customers. Here at GC, we value and respect their diversity.
We have an internal Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) steering group and diversity sub-groups designed to promote and recognise the value that EDI brings to our organisation.
All our people are recruited based on their skills, relevant qualifications and experience - regardless of their gender, disability, ethnic origin, religion or belief, sexual orientation, marital status, age or nationality.
We support different lifestyles, cultures and work preferences through agile working - giving you the ability to be more flexible around where you work, the way you work and when you work.
Hear from some employees talk about our how equality, diversity and inclusion works at GC.
Applicants with disabilities
Disability Confidence scheme
We’re a Disability Confident employer and are proud of our commitment to recruiting and retaining people with disabilities or health conditions.
Our guaranteed interview scheme
Under the Disability Confident scheme, any disabled applicant who meets the minimum requirements for a job will be guaranteed an interview.
As part of our application process, you can ask to be considered under this scheme if you feel that you have a physical or mental impairment that has a ‘substantial’ and ‘long-term’ negative effect on your ability to do normal daily activities.
Providing that you meet the minimum criteria for the job, you’ll then be invited for an interview.
Your Guaranteed Interview application will only be shared with the recruiting manager and HR team.
If you require support with the recruitment process, please email firstname.lastname@example.org or give us a call on 0161 245 4909.
